Desire + Action = Success

I chose “consistency" as my theme for the year. I want to show up for myself in all aspects of my life on a consistent level. I have a lot of things I’d like to accomplish in this lifetime and the only way I am going to get it done is by making moves.

I am a certified dreamer, I day dream every single day. I love to think about all the goals I want to accomplish and where I’ll be in a couple years. I know that in order to make this a reality I got to keep my head out the clouds and into reality. The good thing about reality is that it becomes whatever you want it to be. Depending on your thoughts it determines the type of life you live. If you live within gratitude and love you’ll see it show up in your world.

One thing I’ve been doing this year that I’m so proud of is reading every day. I used to enjoy reading when I was younger, so I’m glad to bring it back into my life. Now guess how long i’ve had reading in my vision board to incorporate it into my life? 2 years. I don’t know about you but that sounds absurd. Two years just to get reading turned into a habit like seriously I can do it in less but I didn’t make it a priority. I feel like most of my goals are only dreams right now because I wasn’t taking the necessary steps to incorporate it into my life. I’ve been selling myself short the past few years and honestly I’m over it.

So what do I do to take action? I do one small thing in each area in my life that I am focusing on. This year I have 3 main pillars that I am pouring into which is health, business, and money. I do something everyday to gain consistency and push myself forward towards my desires. I love checking it off and writing how I feel at the moment when I do my check-ins every morning.
